식품안전을 위한 규제에 관한 연구

Abstract

[한글]식품위생 수준은 국가의 발전 정도와 비례한다고 할 수 있다. 식중독 발생 현황과 식품규제 정책과의 연관성을 알아보기 위한 목적으로 연구된 이 논문의 결과를 보면 규제강화가 확실히 식품안전 수준을 높이는 한 요인이 되고 있음으로 분석되었다.즉, 2002년과 2005년에 실시한 특별위생교육과 연도별 규제강화 조치가 상대적으로 그 해 식중독 발생 건수를 감소시켰음으로 분석되었다. 2000년대 이후 규제총량제 등에 의해 지나치게 완화되어 식품안전 기반을 약화시키는 식품분야 규제를 합리화하기 위해서는 과거 폐지된 규제들 중 다시 신설하거나 시대상에 맞는 새로운 규제를 신설함이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

[영문]The level of food sanitation is relative to the development of the nation. This paper for the purpose of identifying relationship between outbreak of food poisoning and regulation policy for food safety indicated that enforced regulations affected to improve the level of food safety.Therefore, Special Sanitation Education in 2002 and 2005 and yearly regulation increase relatively decreased the case of food poisoning outbreaks.It is required to recreate regulations with response of the times and return abolished regulations in order to rationalize food safety policy that worsened food safety base too much eased by Total Volume Control System of Regulation since 2000.
