dc.description.abstract[영문] [한글] 심미적 충전을 위한 복합레진은 전치부는 물론 구치부 충전재로서도 점차 보급 사용하 고 있는바, 현재 국재에서 일반적으로 선호 대상이 되고 있는 12종의 복합레진을 입자나 유형별로 그물성을 분석 조사하여 비교함으로서 기초 자료로 필요한 경도, 흡수율 및 용 해율에 대하여 12시간, 24시간, 72시간, 1주, 2주등 시간 경과에 따라 비교 측정한 바, 1) 경도는 17.9에서 85.0으로 차이가 많았고, 경도의 급격한 변화를 보인 시기는 어느 경우에서도 실험개시 12시간이었으며, 2) 흡수율은 0.38에서 0.93이었고, 시간 경과에 따라 실험개시 12시간, 그리고 일부 품 목을 제외하고는 72시간에서 1주 사이에 급격한 증가를 보였다. 3) 용해율은 0.06에서 0.16이었으며, 특히 실험개시 24시간에서 가장 큰 변화가 있었고 , 4) 경도와 흡수율 및 용해율에 있어서 12개 품목중 4개 품목이 다른 품목에 비해 경도 가 높고, 흡수율이나 용해율은 낮았음에 보고하는 바이다. AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SOME PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COMPOSITE RESINS A study of the hardness, water sorption and solubility Sang Duk Park, D.D.S., M.S.D. Department of Dental Medicine, Grauda to Scho of, Yonsei Uniuersity (Directed by professor Chung Suck Lee, D.D.S., Ph.D.) This study was done to evaluate the hardness, water sorption and solubility values respectively, and to compare the correlations each other of twelve well known composite resins. For the hardness test, the specimens were made which sized in 4mm diameter and 2mm thickness as a modification of the ASTM, 1966, and for water sorption and solubility tests, which sized in 20mm diameter and 0.5mm thickness as a modification of the ADA Specification No.12 The results were obtained as fellow: 1. The hardness range were from 17.9 to 87.5 respectively. As time passed by, the remarkable change was shown in the period of beginning to 12 hours. 2. Of the water sorption, the range was from 0.38 to 0.93. The remarkable change was shown in the period of beginning to 12 hours, and of 3 days to 1 week except four resins. 3. Of the water solubilily, the range was 0.06 to 0.16. The peak of the value was shown from beginning to 24 hours. 4. Generally, four materials among twelve tested resins were evaluated their superiority in the hardness, water sorption and solubility tests compare with other resins.-
