초산납과 탈지분유등의 병용투여시 흰쥐의 생체내 납축적성에 관한 연구

Abstract
흰쥐를 대상으로 남과 탈지분유등을 병용투여하므로 생체내 납측적성 여부를 관찰하고

자 실험관내 납투과실험과 생체내 납측적성실험을 병행실시하였다.

실험관내 납투과 실험은 Crane 과 Wilson(1958)의 흡수 장치를 이용하여 일정한 납농도

에 정제된 칼슘, 비타민 B^^6, 비타민 C, 아연, 우유등을 변용 투여하므로 농도별 시간별

에 따른 납투과억제 효과를 관찰하였으며, 생체내 측적성 실험은 98마리의 건강한 Spragu

e-Dawlyrp 응성흰쥐를 대상으로 하여 3주 실험군은 납 (초산납 100ppm)이 함유된 음용수

와 함께 카제인 (casein), 소이빈(soybean), 칼슘 식이등을 같이 먹게 하였으며, 6주간

실험군은 납(초산납 100ppm과 50ppm)이 함유된 음용수와 함께 탈지 분유와 탈지 대두를

각각 먹게 하였다. 3주실험군과 6주실험군 모두 서살 하루전에 절실시킨후, 혈액, 간장,

신장을 채취하여 납농도를 측정하고, 혈액내 헤마토크리트치와 헤모그로빈양을 측정하므

로 탈지분유등의 실험식이가 생체내 납축적에 미치는 영향을 비교 관찰하였다.

본 실험에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 실험관 내 납투과실험에서는 비타민 B^^6, 비타민 C 및 Zn에서는 통계적으로 유의하

게 납투과억제 효과를 나타내지 않았으나, 칼슘과 우유에서는 유의한 투과억제효과를 나

타내었다.

2. 카제인, 소이빈, 칼슘식이등을 납과 병용시킨 3주 실험군에서는 간장과 혈액에서의

납농도가 납단독투여군에 비해 카제인과 칼슘을 병용 투여한 실험군에서 유의하게 낮았다

.

3. 탈지분유와 탈지대두를 납과 병용시킨 6주 실험군에서는 간장, 신장, 혈액에서의 납

농도가 탈지대두를 병용시킨 실험군에 비해서 탈지분유를 병용시킨 실험군에서 유의하게

낮았다.

이상과 같은 결과로 보아 카제인과 칼슘을 주성분으로 하는 탈지분유가 혈액, 간장, 신

장에서의 납축적을 저하시킴을 알 수 있었다.

In vitro experiment and in vivo experiment were conducted together to investigate

lead accumulation effect by adding Bead and skim milk to sprague-Dawly strain rats.

In in vitro experiment, permeance effect of lead was investigated per hours and

per concentration by adding vitamin B6, vitamin c, zn, calcium and milk to equally

concentrated lead in modified crane and wilson' apparatus.

98 male rats were used for in vivo experiment.

A 3 week experimental group was fed with casein, soybean and calcium, and with

lead contained in drinking water(lead acetate 100ppm).

A 6 week experimental group was fed with skim milk and skim soybean with lead

contained in drinking water(lead acetate 100ppm and 50 ppm).

Effect of skim milk diet (and others) on lead accumulation was compared between

the two experimental groups. All rats (3 weeks and 6 weeks experimental groups)

were killed after 1 day with no food.

Lead concentration was measured in blood, liver and kidney, and hematocrit and

hemoglobin quantity in blood.

The following effects were found out of this study.

1) Anti-permeance effect of lead was not shown clearly in vitamin B6, vitamin c

and zn statistically, but anti-permeance effect was shown clearly in calcium and

milk.

2) In the 3 week experimental group, the lead concentration in liver and blood

was much lower in lead diet group with casein and calcium than in only lead diet

group.

3) In the 6 week experimental group, concentration of lead in liver, kidney and

blood was lowered clearly in lead diet group with skim milk compared with lead diet

group with skim soybean.

In conclusion, casein and calcium contained in skim milk were proved to have lead

accumulation effect by lowering lead accumulation in blood, liver and kidney.
