남성 검진자의 혈청 콜레스테롤과 식이섭취에 관한 연구

혈청 콜레스테롤의 연령 분포와 식이섭취와의 관계를 알아보기 위해 1991년 9월부터 19

92년 8월까지 서울 강남에 소재한 한 검진센터를 이용한 20세부터 69세까지의 성인 남성

2262명을 대상으로 연구를 시행하였다. 이들은 식이섭취조사를 수정된 24시간 회상법을

이용하여 시행하였고 한국및 일본의 식품성분분석표를 이용한 전산 프로그램으로 영양소

섭취랑을 산출하였다. 검진자료로부터 혈압, 연령, 공복혈당치, 총콜레스테롤, 비만도(BM

I)를 출력할수있었다. 통계방법상 이들 죽상동맥경화 위험인자로 부터 오는 오류를 막기

위해 선형 상관분석및 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 성인 남성의 연령별 분포는 연령에 따라 증가하는 추세를 보였으며 전체의 평균은 1

97.5mg/dl 였으며 10세마다 평균 3.41mg/dl 만큼씩 증가하였다.

2. 성인남성의 섭취영양소 중 혈청 콜레스테롤에 대해서는 지방섭취량이 가장 중요한

예측인자였다.

The dietary Predictor of serum Cholesterol of Men

The purpose of this study is to investigated the age distribution and dietary

predictor of serum cholesterol. An analysis of between serum cholesterol and

dietary variables was performed using 1-year data(1991.9-92.8) from health

screening center in seoul-men(n=2262), age 20 69. Subjects completed a 24-hour

recall method, modified with food freguency questionaire and 1-day record. Nutrient

intakes were calculated from Korean food composition table and Japanese's. To

adjust CAD risk factor, the data of weight, height, FBS and BP could be selected,

and BMI, Calorie and alchohol intake were computed. Simple linear correlation and

logistic analysis were performed. The results are as following;

1. Among men the mean of serum cholesterol reveals 197.5mg/dl in all age group

andincreasing tendency with 3.41mg/dl per 10 years.

2. Fat intake (gm) was most important dietary predictor among carbohydrate, fat,

and protein intake.
