근관형성법이 치근단폐쇄에 미치는 영향에 관한 자기방사법적 연구

dc.description.abstract[영문] [한글] 근관치료시 근관형성법이 치근단폐쇄에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 발거된 영구단근 치 99개를 대상으로 Grossman법, step-back법, "double-flared technique" 으로 각각 근 관형성하고, 근관충전용 호제 Vitapex(제약공업, Japan)만을 충전, 측방압력충전법으로 내장된 gutta-percha cone만을 충전, gutta-percha cone과 근충재인 FR(東京치재사,Japan )을 병용하여 근관충전한 후에 0.0717mCi/m1농도의 **45CaCl^^2 용액(Amersham Internati onal Plc. England)에 8시간 담근 후 치과용 필림에 감광시켜 자기방사법적 사진을 얻어 미세누출을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 근관형성방법의 변형에 의해서는 근관충전후 치근첨단부위의 미세누출 정도에 유의 의 차이가 없었다. 2. 근관충전재의 사용방법에 따라 치근첨단부위의 미세누출 정도에 차이가 있었으며 호 제 근충재인 Vitapex의 사용시 미세누출 정도가 제일 심하였다. 3. 냉장된 gutta-Percha cone만을 근관충전한 군과 gutta-Percha cone과 FR을 병용한 경우 그 미세누출 정도에는 유의의 차이가 없었다. An Autoradiographic Study of the Effect of Various Methods of Root Canal Preparation to Apical Sealing Sun Ho Kim, D.D.S. Department of Dental Science, Graduate School, Yonsei University (Directed by Prof. Sung Keun Choi, D.D.S.,M.S.D.,Ph.D.) The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of canal preparation on the property of apical sealing in vitro. Ninety nine single rooted human permanent teeth were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups. Thirty three teeth were prepared by the Grossman technique, another thirty three teeth were prepared by the step-back technique and the remaining thirty three teeth were prepared by the "double-flared technqiue". The ninety teeth were obturated by the Vitapex only, by the lateral condensation of cold gutta percha, and by the lateral condensation of guttapercha with sealer. Three teeth in each group were not filled and used as control groups. All the specimens were wrapped with nail polish and aluminum foil and were immersed into **45CaCl^^2 solution (Amersham International plc. England) for 8 hours. After completion of all the procedures for autoradiography, the depth of isotope penetration into the root apex were observed by three dentists. The following results were obtained: 1. There were no significant differences among the groups prepared by the Grossman technique, step-back technique, and "double-flared technique" in the depth of isotope **45Ca penetration. 2. There appeared different penetration degrees among the groups in the point of the kinds and methods using materials. The Vitapex-filled group showed the highest degree of isotope penetration. 3. There was no significant difference between the groups obturated by lateral condensation of cold gutta-percha cone only and by lateral condensation of gutta-percha cone with a sealer.-
