광중합형 구치부 수복재료의 중합수축력과 교두변위의 상관관계

dc.description.abstract[한글] 이번 실험의 목적은 자체적으로 제작된 두 가지 기기를 이용하여 여러 구치부 복합레진과 컴포머의 중합수축력과 치아에서 나타나는 교두 변위 를 측정하고 중합 수축력과 교두 변위와의 상관 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이번 실험에 사용된 수복 재료는 8종의 광중합형 수복 재료로서 Dyract AP(Dentsply Detrey, Gumbh, German), Z100(3M Dental Products, St. Paul, USA), Surefil(Dentsply Caulk, Milford, USA), Pyramid(Bisco, Schaumburg, USA), Synergy Compact(Colt ne, Altst tten, Switzerland), Heliomolar(Vivadent/Ivoclar, Liechtenstein), Heliomolar HB(Vivadent/Ivoclar, Liechtenstein), 및 Compoglass F(Vivadent/Ivoclar, Liechtenstein) 였다. 중합 수축력 측정을 위해 자체 제작한 기기 하에 일정량의 수복 재료를 위치시키고 시편의 두께가 0.5mm가 되도록 금속봉의 위치를 조절한 뒤 60초간 광중합하고 120초 동안 측정하였다. 교두 변위 측정 실험에서는 치관부에 광범위한 우식이나 균열이 없는 발치된 상악 소구치를 대상으로 하였다. 치아에 단순화된 MOD 와동을 형성한 후 Clearfil SE Bond system을 적용한 후 각각의 수복재료가 0.2g이 되도록 충전하였다. 교두 변위의 측정은 충전된 치아를 자체 제작한 치아 변위 측정 기기에 위치시킨 상태에서 3분간 광중합한 후 10분간 시행되었다. 구치부 수복용 복합레진과 컴포머의 중합 수축력과 교두 변위를 측정한 후 one way ANOVA, Dunncan''s multiple range test 및 Turkey test를 이용하여 통계학적 유의차를 살펴 보았다. 또한 회기 분석을 통해 중합 수축력과 교두 변위의 상관관계에 대해 알아 보았다. 중합수축력의 크기는 『Heliomolar, Z100, Pyramid < Synergy Compact, Compoglass F < Dyract AP < Heliomolr HB, Surefil』 순으로 나타났다.(p < 0.05) 치아에서 교두 변위의 크기는『Z100, Heliomolar, Heliomolar HB, Synergy Compact, Surefil < Compoglass F < Pyramid, Dyract AP』 순이었다.(p < 0.05) 중합수축력과 교두 변위는 회기 분석의 결과를 볼 때 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다.(p > 0.05) [영문]The purpose of present study was to evaluate the polymerization shrinkage stress and cuspal deflection in maxillary premolars resulting from polymerization shrinkage of composites and compomers. For measuring of polymerization shrinkage stress, Stress measuring machine(R&B, Daejon, Korea) was used. Composites and compomers which were used in this study were as follows: Dyract AP(Dentsply Detrey, Gumbh, German), Z100(3M Dental Products, St. Paul, USA), Surefil(Dentsply Caulk, Milford, USA), Pyramid(Bisco, Schaumburg, USA), Synergy Compact(Colt ne, Altst tten, Switzerland), Heliomolar(Vivadent/Ivoclar, Liechtenstein), Heliomolar HB(Vivadent/Ivoclar, Liechtenstein), and Compoglass F(Vivadent/Ivoclar, Liechtenstein). Samples were light cured for 60s and data was stored in computer for 120s, and 15 measurements were made for each material. One-way ANOVA analysis with Duncan''s multiple comparison test were used to determine significant differences between the materials. For measuring of cuspal deflection of tooth, MOD cavities were prepared in 10 extracted maxillary premolars. The cavities were bonded with Clearfil SE Bond, and filled with composites and compomers which were mentioned above. And reduction of intercuspal distance was measured by strain measuring machine(R&B, Daejon, Korea) The composites and compomers were cured for 3 min and data of reduction of inter-cuspal distance was stored in computer for 10 min. One-way ANOVA analysis with Turkey test were used to determine significant differences between the materials. Polymerization shrinkage stress is『Heliomolar, Z100, Pyramid < Synergy Compact Compoglass F < Dyract AP < Heliomolr HB, surefil® (P < 0.05). And cuspal delfelction is『Z100, Heliomolar, Heliomolar HB, Synergy Compact Surefil, < Compoglass F < Pyramid, Dyract AP® (P < 0.05). Measurements of ploymerization shrinkage stress and those of cuspal deflection of the teeth was different. There is no correlation between polymerization shrinkage stress and cuspal deflection of the teeth. (p>0.05)-
