건 절단 후 봉합시기에 따른 골격근의 조직화학적 및 형태계측학적 연구

흰쥐의 종골건을 절단하고 즉시 1주 및 2주 후 봉합을 한 후30일과 60일에 비복근의 형태학적 및 조직화학적 변화를 관찰하고 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여 조직화학적 근섬유형에 따라 횡단면적을 계측하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.

1. 근핵의 형태와 위치에 변화가 있었으나 봉합시기에 관계없이 60일 후는 정상과 비슷한 소견을 보였다.

2. PAS반응에서 불균일하게 나타났으며 봉합시기가 늦은 군에서 더 광범위하게 나타났다.

3. NADH-TR반응은 봉합시기가 늦은 비 복근의 적색부분에서 활성도의 변화가 더 심하였고 60일 후는 정상과 비슷한 활성도를 보였다.

4. 근섬유의 위축은 봉합시기가 늦은 군에서 더 심하였다.

5. B형근섬유의 위축이 가장 심하였고 회복되는 정도도 가장 느렸으며 A형과 C형은 비슷한 영향을 받았다.

After tenotomy of the tendo calcaneus of the rat, and suturing them together immediately and with a delay of one and two Weeks, morphological and histochemical changes of the gastrocnemius muscle were observed on the 30th day and 60th day after the suture. Using the computure, the size of the cross-sectional area was measured in respect to the histochemical diversity of muscle fiber and the following results were obtained .

1. Morphological and positional changes of the nucleus of the muscle fibers were observed, but after 60 day irrelative to the period of suture time changes were similar to the normal.

2. In PAS reaction, ununiformed appearance was observed and the ununiformity was more apparent the longer the titre between tenotomy and suture.

3. In NADH-TR reactions the change of the activity was more apparent in the red portion of the gastrocnemius muscle sutured at later period and after 60 day of suture the activity was similar to normal.

4. The atrophic change was more apparent the longer the time between tenotomy and suture.

5. The atrophic change was most prominent and took the longest period of recovery after atrophy in B type and similar pattern of changes were observed in A and C type.
