한국어판 단축형 강박증상목록(OCI-R-K)의 비임상군에서의 신뢰도와 타당도

연구 목적: 단축형 강박증상목록(Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised, OCI-R)를 한국어로 번역하여 우리나라 사람들을 대상으로 신뢰도와 타당도를 검토하였다.연구 방법: 서울 소재 대학교에 재학중인 남녀 대학생 228명을 대상으로 한국어판 단축형 강박증상목록(OCI-R-K) 평가를 실시하였다. 이들 모두에게 준거 타당도를 확인하기 위해 Maudsley Obsessional-Compulsive Inventory(MOCI), Beck Depression Inventory(BDI), Beck Anxiety Inventory(BDI) 평가를 병행하였다. 이들 자료를 분석하여 내적 일관성 신뢰도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도, 준거 타당도를 검토하였다.결과: 내적 일관성 신뢰도는 0.90으로 우수하였으며, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 0.81로 양호하였다. MOCI와의 준거 타당도는 0.60으로 양호한 상관성을 보였다.결론: 본 연구를 통해 비임상군에서의 한국어판 OCI-R(OCI-R-K)의 신뢰도와 타당도가 비교적 높아 국내의 강박장애 환자들에게 사용할 수 있다고 생각된다.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to make and find out the reliability and validity of Korean version of Obsessive-Compulsive-Inventory-Revised(OCI-R-K) in a non-clinical sample.Methods: A total of 228 subjects of college students were involved and had questionnaire which involved OCI-R-K. The study questionnaire consisted of Maudsley Obsessional-Compulsive Inventory(MOCI) which made it possible to measure convergent validity. We analyzed internal consistency, test-retest reliability, validity from the data.Results: We had excellent internal consistency(Cronbach's alpha = 0.90), good test-retest reliability(0.81). Validity between MOCI was 0.60 which showed good convergent validity.Conclusion: The Korean version of the OCI-R showed good reliability and validity so it can be said that OCI-R-K is available in Korean obsessive-compulsive disorder patients.
