ActiveX 컨트롤을 이용한 원격건강관리 시스템 구축에 관한 연구

Abstract

[한글]이 연구는 재택 환경 하에서 생체계측장비로부터 획득된 사용자의 생체 신호의 전달을 위한 ActiveX 기반의 전송 프로토콜 개발, 측정된 데이터의 체계적인 건강상담과 내용의 분류 및 저장, 재사용성을 위한 규칙 기반의 데이터베이스 구축, 사용자와 계약병원의 의사와의 웹기반의 건강상담 지원을 위한 원격건강관리시스템(Telehome Healthcare System) 구현에 관한연구이다. 연구된 사용된 ActiveX 기술을 적용하여 생성한 생체신호 데이터 전송 컨트롤은 제어모듈, 전송모듈 등을 포함하여 409Kbyte로써 가정 내에서 사용자가 지정된 웹 사이트에 접속하여 다운로드 받을 경우 ADSL 전송망에서는 10초 미만으로 측정되었으며 PDA 등의 모바일 환경을 감안할 경우를 대비하여 구현한 결과 실행 프로그램의 크기가 142Kbyte로 결과가 나와 향후 모바일 환경에서 사용할 경우 손쉽게 변경이 가능하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 이 연구는 기존의 진료 및 치료 중심에서 벗어나 e-Health 및 u-Health 환경 하에서 지속적인 관리가 요구되는 고혈압, 비만 환자 등의 생활습관병 관리에 필요한 인터넷 기반의 실시간 원격건강관리 정보시스템 구현을 위한 모델 제시에 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

[영문]This study presents the development of the telehome healthcare system between the patient at home and the doctor from hospital using the healthcare device. Specially, the purpose of this study are to develop a transmission protocol for the healthcare device using ActiveX control and to develop database for the health data transmitted from the device using disease classification system, called KCD-4. The size of the ActiveX control execution file for the healthcare device was 409Kbytes and a downloading time was about 10 seconds with the ADSL network. And size of the similar execution file under the mobile environment was only 142Kbytes and therefore it can easily be placed an PDA or other mobile devices. This web-based telehome healthcare system can be used as a health promotion tool under the u-Healthcare environment that help change a life style for the patients with hypertension or other chronic diseases.
