치과 병의원 내원환자 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인

Abstract

현대사회의 발달로 인해 병원도 같이 발전해 가고 있으며 환자의 욕구는 더욱 높아져 이제는 서비스업의 일종으로 보아야 한다는 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 치과 병의원에 내원한 환자의 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇이고, 영향력이 큰 순서대로 나열하였으며, 각 요인이 나오게 된 원인들을 분석하여 보았다.

연구방법은 16개 치과 병의원급에 내원한 환자 545명을 대상으로 2달간 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이 자료를 근거로 통계처리 하였다.

연구결과로 가장 영향을 많이 주는 주요소부터 나열해 보면

1. 전반적인 서비스 시스템의 조직화 정도

2. 치료비

3. 치료전 충분한 설명

4. 치료전 대기시간

이 가장 영향을 많이 끼치는 주 요소로 나왔으며, 부 요소로는

5. 치과의사 및 직원의 치료 경험에 대한 만족도

6. 치과의사의 수

7. 응급상황의 대처능력 이었다.

그 외의 많은 다른 요소들은 연관성이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

결론적으로 의사나 직원의 진료 내용적인 면보다는 병원의 전반적인 조직적 시스템이 환자를 만족시키는 매우 중요한 요소임을 다시 한번 확인 할 수 있었으며 앞으로도 좀더 많은 설문 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다.

[영문]As modern society moves forward, the demands of patients also diversified. Such trends influenced modern society that medical business should be regarded as a medical service business.

Therefore, my thesis focused on the facts that influence dental patients’ satisfaction, sorted the facts by the importance of the influence and analyzed the cause of such facts.

We surveyed 545 patients who visited 16 dentistry

dental clinics for two months and based on such data, we statistically analyzed the answers of the survey questions.

According to the survey, to list up the main factors that influence dental patients’ satisfaction most;

1. Overall structure of the service system

2. Service fee

3. Briefing on a client’s case before the dental treatment

4. Waiting time before the dental treatment Other minor factors that can be considered are;

5. The degree to the satisfaction of the dental treatment by a dentist or any medical staff

6. The number of dentists in a site

7. The capability of emergency situation Other factors turn out to be not significantly relevant.

In conclusion, overall structure of the service system of one dentistry is more important factor than general dental treatment of a dentist or medical staff to increase client satisfaction and thus, the more survey and research are expected to conduct.
