견치 원심이동시의 초기변화에 관한 유한요소법적 연구

dc.description.abstract[한글] 견치의 원심이동은 제 1소구치 발치를 동반한 다수의 교정치료에 있어서 중요한 단계이며 견치가 기능적으로 심미적으로 안정된 올바른 위치에 오도록 하는 것은 성공적인 교정치료를 위해 매우 중요하다. 견치 원심이동 초기에 일어나는 치아와 지지조직의 응력을 관찰하고자 치아, 치조골 및 치근막으로 구성되어 있는 3차원 유한요소 모델과 sectional retraction spring의 모델을 제작하여 여러가지 원심이동 방법을 정량적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. sectional retraction spring에서는 closed loop일수록, 선단에 helix의수가 많을수록 수평력은 감소되었고, angulation을 부여하지 않은 경우 T-loop의 Moment-to-force ratio가 가장 유리하였다. 2. Angulation을 증가시키면 Moment-to-force ratio가 증가하였으나 수평력도 따라서 증가하였다. 3. 수평력이 적절하고 Moment-to-force ratio가 클때 치아와 치근막에 가해지는 응력의 크기가 균일한 분포를 이루었다. [영문] Retraction of canines represents a fundamental stave in a considerable number of orthodontic treatment. Correct position of the canine after retraction is most important for function, stability, and esthetics. The purpose of this stuffy was to investigate the stress in the periodontal tissue at the initial phase during canine retraction using various types of sectional retraction springs, by finite element method. Three dimensional model of tooth, periodontal ligament, bone and eight springs were simulated and tested. The following results were obtained. 1. In sectional retraction springs, increasing number of helix and the closed loop in preference to the open loop provided an decrease in horizontal force. Without angulating the arms of spring, the T-loop revealed the highest Moment-to-force ratio. 2. The Moment-to-force ratio raised by angulating mesial and distal arms of spring, but very large horizontal force was applied to canine. 3. When optimal force and optimal moment was applied to canine, the stress induced was homogeneous and the difference of stress value from cervix to the apex was little.-
