광중합 복합레진 Inlay 수복물의 변연누출에 관한 실험적 연구

저자는 광중합 복합레진 Inlay로 와동 수복시, 변연 누출의 차이를 관찰하기 위하여 발거된 소구치 60개에 5급 와동을 형성하고, 이를 대조군과 실험군 1, 2로 나누어 구치부용 혼합형 광중합 복합레진인 BIS-FIL Ⅰ** 과 전치부용 초 미세입자형 광중합 복합레진인 Silux** 를 각 군당 10개씩 충전하였다.

대조군은 광중합 복합레진을 직접 하동에 충전 하였고, 실험군 1은 광중합 복합레진 Inlay를 와동에 장착하였으며, 실험군 2는 광중합 복합레진 Inlay에 이차로 가열하여 와동에 장착하였다. 각 군에 1000회의 thermocycling을 시행하고 1% Basic Fuchsin으로 염색

하여 협·설 방향으로 절단해서 교합 변연부 및 치은 변연부의 색소 침투 정도를 광학 현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.

1, 교합 변연부에서는 모든 군에서 변연 누출의 차이가 없었다.

2. 치은 변연부에서 BIS-FIL Ⅰ** 의 경우, 직접 충전한 군보다 복합레진 Inlay로장착한 군이 변연 누출이 작았으며, Silux** 에서는 통계학적으로 유의성 있는 차이를 보이지 않았다.

3. 복합레진 Inlay로 장착한 군과 이에 이차로 열을 가한 근간에는 통계학적으로 유의성 있는 차이를 보이지 않았다.

4. 모든 군에서 교합변연부보다 치은 변연부의 변연 누출이 컸으며, 통계학적으로 유의차가 있었다.

The primary aim of this study was to access the degree of marginal leakage in composite resin inlay restorations. Class Ⅴ cavities were prepared on sixty extracted premolars. They were classified as control group and experimental group 1, 2 and each group was filled with BIS-FILⅠ** and Silux** composite resins. In the control group, the composite resin was inserted directly, the experimental group 2 was inserted as composite resin inlay after heat treatment on 125℃, 10 minutes. Then thermocycling was performed 1000 times. After staining with 1% Basic Fuchsin, they were cut in Buccolingual direction and the degree of penetration of the dye was examined under L/M.

The following results were obtained:

1. In occlusal margin area, difference in marginal leakage was not observed in all groups.

2. In gingival margin area, cavities filled with composite resin inlay was less marginal leakage than filled directly in BIS-FILⅠ** group, and statistical significant difference was net existed in Silux** group.

3. The statistical significance was not existed between composite resin inlay and composite resin inlay heated secondarily.

4. In all groups, gingival margin area reveals more marginal leakage than occlusal margin area and statistical significance was existed.
