한 종합검진센타 이용자의 만족도와 서비스요구 분석

이 연구는 한 종합건강진단센타 이용자들의 종합검진에 대한 만족도와 서비스요구에 대한 내용을 규명하여 종합건강진단센타의 발전방향을 제시하고 구체적인 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 필요한 자료를 제시하고자 실시하였다. 연구에 사용된 자료는 1994년 4월 1일부

터 15일까지 서울시내 한 종합검진센타를 방문한 이용자 427명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집하였다.

주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 종합검진센타 이용자들은 남자가 65.9%로 많았으며 연령층별로는 40대가 가장 많았고, 소득, 악력은 높은 수준이었다. 만족도는 고학력, 고소득층이 저학력, 저소득층에 비해 만족도가 낮았으며, 의료진과 친절서비스가 우수하여 해당 검진기관을 선택한 이용자의 만족도는 높았다.

2. 검진기관의 선택요인은 시설, 장비와 의료진이 주요요인이고 그 다음이 교통과 친절등 서비스요인이었다. 회사에서 지정하였기에 이용한 경우는 그 다음순이었다.

3. 종합검진 이용자들은 건강유지나 중진에 소요되는 비용에 대해서는 관대하였으며, 건강유지나 증진에 중요하다고 생각하는 것은 규칙적인 운동, 스트레스 조절, 식습관개선, 금연, 금주의 순이었고, 연령에 따라 인식도에 차이를 보였는데 연령이 높을수록 건강식품 복용과 정기적인 건간진단이 중요하다고 응답하였고, 젊은층에서는 스트레스 조절에 높은 응답을 하였다.

4. 검진기관에 대한 추가요구 서비스로는 스트레스 관리, 영양관리, 건강 교육, 운동 지도, 건강위험 평가, 뇌검진등이었다.

This study is to describe the service need and satisfaction of the client who use General Health Examination Center(GHEC) and to set forth the implication and information to establish the marketing strategy. The data were collected through a servey conducted from April 1to April 15 by means of questionaires and the number of study people was 427 who use GHEC. The following results were obtained as below :

1. Among the GHEC'users, study people was the highest in Male as 65.9%,and the 40s, and high education and high socio-economic status. The score of satisfaction is lower in high education and high socio-economic status than else. But user's satisfaction score that study people response was high in general.

2. Critical factors client choose : facility, medical equipment, good physician, and the next is service factors such as ; good transit, kindness etc.

3. The study people responsed that they were willing to expense to promote and maintain their health. They regarded important factor to promote the health as regular exercise, stress control, regular dietery, no smoking, and abstinence from drink etc. But the agar-regards health examination in regular and health food as

important factors than the younger stress.

4. This study people want to have the additional services: stress mana gement program, nutrition management program, health education program, exercise management program and so on.
