하악견치의 후방견인시 응력분포에 관한 유한 요소법적 연구

dc.description.abstract[한글] 치아에 작용한 교정력은 치근을 통해 주위조직으로 전달되어 치아이동이 일어나는데 결국 치아주위의 응력분포는 치아이동의 형태와 깊은 관계가 있다. 이에 저자는 Continuous arch wire 에서 견치를 후방견인시 나타나는 부작용을 방지하기 위해 하악에서 견치와 제1대구치만을 결찰하는 가상모델을 설정하여 그중 하악우측부위를 재현하여 0.018" stainless steel continuous arch wire에 다양한 위치에서 "V" bend및 제1대구치에 uprighting spring을 장착하고 150g의 수평력을 적용시켜 여러가지 경우를 설정하여 유한요소법으 로 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. straight arch wire만을 사용시에는 견치와 제1대구치의 tipping 되는 현상이 나타났다. 2. "V" bend에서 bend의 위치및 각도는 양쪽치아에 작용하는 모멘트의 양과 방향 및 force system에 영향을 주는것을 알았다. 3. Continuous arch wire에 45°∼ 55°의 center bend를 부여함으로서 견치와 제1대구치의 치체 이동을 얻을수 있었다. 4. Continuous arch wire에 35°∼ 45°의 center bend와 제1대구치에 uprighting spring을 동시에 적용함으로서 제1대구치의 고정원 확보와 견치의 치체 이동을 얻을 수 있었다. [영문] Orthodontic force applied to the tooth transfers through the root to the surrounding tissues. The type of tooth movement is highly dependent upon the stress distribution around the tooth. The ligation of only the canine and the first molar on the mandible was simulated in this research for the sake of preventing the adverse effect occurring when the canine retracted on the continuous arch wire .For that ,the right side of the mandible was represented where the "V"bend and the uprighting spring were installed on the several test spots of 0.018"stainless steel continuous arch wire and on the first molar, respectively. Cases were examined while applying the horizontal force of 150g to the both side of the tooth. The fellowing results were obtained : 1. The tipping of the canine and the first molar occurred when the straight arch wire only was applied. 2. The position and angle of the "V"bend applied affected the magnitude and direction of the moment applied to the both side of the tooth and the force system. 3. The bodily movement of both the canine and the first molars occurred when the center bend was installed at 45°∼55° on the continuous arch wire. 4. The bodily movement of the canine and the anchorage of the molar area occurred when uprighting spring was applied to the first molar and the center bend installed at 35°∼45° on the continuous arch wire simultaneously.-
