병원관리 시스템 전환에 의한 경비 절감 방안

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 병원 관리시스템의 효율적인 전환을 통하여 인건비 및 관리운영비의 절감효과를 측정하는 것이다. Y대학 부속 S병뭔에서 최근 관리전환 한 네가지 배송 시스템과 검토 가능한 구매 시스템을 대상으로 관리전환 전 후의 관리비를 비교 하였다.

이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 외래 의무기록부의 배달방식 전환으로 연간 20,701,344원의 인건비와 2,100,000의 재료비 절감효과가 있었다.

2. 병동의 수액제 배달방식의 전환으로 연간 16,784,500원의 인건비 절감효과가 있었다.

3. 1회용 주사기 배달방법의 전환으로 연간 6,187,300원의 인건비 절감효과가 있었다.

4. 급여봉투 전달방식의 부분 전환으로 연간 435,506원의 인건비와 960,000원의 재료비를 절감 하였다.

5. X-ray film구매방식의 전환으로 22,688,000원의 추가 수익을 발생시킬 수 있다.

이상과 같은 5가지 시스템의 관리전환으로 인건비 및 재료비의 절감과 재고자산의 감소로 인한 창고의 공간을 축소시킬 수 있는 부수적인 효과가 있었다.

방대하고 복잡한 병원조직의 관리시스템에 대한 과학적이고 체계적인 분석을 통하여 관리개선의 여지는 충분하며, 이러한 병원관리 개선을 위한 노력은 앞으로 계속되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

The aim of this study is to survey personnel curtailment and management of expenditure through introduction of a more effective hospital management system at S university hospital.

The results of this study are as follows:

1. Change of the methode of medical record(outpatient ) distribution cut down yearly personnel expense ￦ 20,701,344 and material costs ￦ 2,100,000won.

2. Change of the methode of delivery of intravenous fluid cut down yearly personnel expense ￦ 16,784,500.

3. Change of the methode of delivery of disposable syringes cut down yearly personnel expense ￦ 6,187,300.

4. Change of the methods of delivery of pay-envelopes cut down yearly personnel expense ￦ 435,506 and material cost ￦ 900,000.

5. Change of the way of purchase of x-ray film made additional gains ￦ 22,688,000.

Changes in the previously mentioned management systems saved large expenditure by cutting personnel costs. However, it is difficult to convey money saved through these changes.

Although it is difficult to improve the management system in gigantic and complicated hospital, continuous efforts should be made to systematically and scientifically make the system more efficient.
