Hanau 96-H₂ 교합기에 상악 모형 부착시 교합면 경사각에 대한 비교 연구

dc.description.abstract[한글] 교합기를 사용할 때 교합기 상연을 안이 평면과 평행하도록 일치시켜주는 것이 환자를 정면에서 보는 것과 같은 효과를 나타냄으로써, 심미적 기능적으로 적절한 보철물을 제작할 수 있고, 환자간의 과두 경사로 및 교합면 경사각을 비교하여 진단과 치료에 유익한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 때때로 교합기에 부착한 상악 모형의 교합면 경사각이 환자의 두개골 생체에서의 경사각과 차이가 심한 경우에, 기능적 교합형성에 중요한 문제가 발생하게 됨으로, 두부 방사선규격 사진에서의 교합면 경사각과 교합기상의 상악 모형의 교합면 경사각을 비교하기 위해 정상교합을 이루고 있는 20대의 성인 남자 20명, 여자 19명을 선정하여 각각의 상악 모형을 외이도공 적합형 안궁으로 교합기에 전이하고, 각각의 교합면 경사각을 측정 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Ear rod 안이 평면에 대한 교합면 경사각은 14.75°였으며, 교합기에 부착한 모형의 교합면 경사각은 9.26°였다. 2. Ear rod 안이 평면에 대한 교합면 경사각(14.75°)과 Beyron Point와 연조직상의 하안와 골연 하방 6mm를 이은 선과 이루는 교합면 경사각 (14.46°)은 매우 비슷하게 나타났다. 3. Ear rod porion과 Beyron Point와의 수직 거리는 5.67mm로 나타났다 4. 안이 평면과 Beyron Polnt와의 거리, 하안와 골연간의 거리차이가 외이도공 적합형 안궁으로 전이한 교합기 교합면 경사각에 미치는 영향은 유의차가 없었다. A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON ACCURACY OF OCCLUSAL PLANE ANGLE ON MOUNTING THE HANAU 96-H2 ARTICULATOR Hie Seong Hwang, D.D.S. Department o Dental Science, Graduate School, Yonsei University (Directed by Prof. Ho Yong Lee, D.D.S., M.S.D., Ph.D.) The purpose of this study was to know the differences between the occlusal plane angles formed by F-H plane on cephalograms and the occlusal plane angles by the upper margin of the articulator, and to find the contributing factors to the difference of occlusal angles. For this study, 39 young adults (BO men, 19 women) were selected who had normal occlusion, no severe attrition, no missing tooth, not been under orthodontic treatment and occlusal equilibration and no temporomandibular disorders. The maxillary casts were mounted with Hanau 159-1 ear piece type face-bow and measured the occlusal plane angle with prototype occlusal plane projector. The following results were obtained; . 1. The mean value of the ear rod F-H plane occlusal angle was 14.75°, articulator occlusal angle was 9.26° and strong positive correlation between these angles. 2. It was almost same angle between the ear rod F-H plane angle (14.75°) and the Beyron point to infraorbital rim-6mm. occlusal angle (14.46°). 3. The mean distance from the ear rod porion to the Beyron point was 5.67mm 4. It was no significant correlation between the distances Po-Beyron point, Or-infraorbital rim and articulator occlusal angle.
