한국인 심장의 방실 결절의 동맥분포에 관한 형태학적 연구

인류의 심장은 예로부터 중요한 연구 대상이 되어 왔으며, 심장의 형태, 생리 및 병리에 대한 많은 보고가 이루어져왔다. 그러나 심장의 혈관은 형태학적으로나 체질 인류학적으로 여러 가지 불명한 점이 많으며 이에 대한 형태학적 문제, 특히 체질 인류학적 문제

도 일찍부터 연구대상이 되어 구미에서는 이 방면의 보고된 문헌도 적지 않다.

또한 최근에는 우리나라에서도 관상동맥이식술이 본격적으로 시행되고 있어 심장의 혈관에 관한 정확한 지식이 재삼 강조되고 있다.

한국인의 심장혈과 분포에 관한 보고로는 최(1958) 이외에 특기할 만한 것이 없으며, 이 보고에서도 방실결절동맥이 언급되어 있지 않다.

이에 저자는 한군인 심장 36례에서 방실결절동맥의 형태학적 양상을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.

1. 방실결절동맥은 전레에서 우관상동맥에서 기시하였다.

2. 동맥으 l수는 1개가 32례(89%), 2개가 3례(8%)이었고 3개인 경우가 1례(3%)이었다.

3. 동맥의 직경은 대개 1mm 전후이었다.

4. 동맥의 길이는 평균 13mm이었으며 최소는 6mm, 최대는 29mm이었다.

5. 동맥이 기시하는 우관상동맥의 부분이 U자형의 굴곡을 이루는 경우는 없었다.

6. 동방결절동맥이 우관상동맥에서 기시하는경우가 84%, 좌관상동맥에서 기시하는 경우가 8%, 좌우 관상동맥에서 각각 하나씩 기시하는 경우가 8%였다.

This is the report of the morphological study of the atrioventricular nodal

artery in 36 Korean hearts.

The results of this study are as follows :

1. Atrioventricular nodal artery arises from the right coronary artery in all of

the 36 cases.

2. The number of this artery is one in 89%, two in 8% and three arteries are

observed in 3%.

3. The diameter of this artery is about 1 mm.

4. The mean length of this artery is 13 mm, ranging from 6 mm to 29 mm.

5. The coronary artery where atrioventricular nodal artery is originated, is not

forming U-shaped loop.

6. Sinoatrial nodal artery is originated from the right coronary artery in 83.3%,

from the left coronary artery and another 9.3% from both.
