운동부하가 성숙 및 가령 흰쥐의 혈청 HDL-Cholesterol, Total Cholesterol과 Triacylglycerol에 미치는 영향

Abstract
[한글] High density lipoprotein - cholesterol (HDL-C), total cholesterol 및 triacylglycerol의 혈청내 농도가 두 연령군에서 운동부하로 인해 어떻게 변화하는가를 관찰하기 위하여 웅성 Sprague - Dawley계의 성숙 흰쥐(8주령)와 가령흰쥐(30주령)를 취하여 21일간의 수영운동을 부하시킨 기간 및 28일간의 회복기 관찰기간동안 운동부하를 시키지 않은 0일에서부터 5일, 10일, 15일, 21일, 35일 및 49일로 나누어서 1일 1회 30분씩 수영운동을 수행시켜 농도를 측정하였다. 1. 혈청내 HDL-C 농도는 운동기간 동안에 시간의 경과에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 특히, 가령흰쥐 에서는 21일구에서 유의성있게 증가하였으며(P<0.05) 회복구(35일)에서도 또한 유의성 있는 차이(P<0.05)을 보였다. 성숙흰쥐에서는 혈청내 HDL-C 농도는 운동부하기간 중에 시간의 경과에 따라 증가하였다. 특히 21일구에서와 회복구인 49일구에서 유의성있는 증가를 보였다(P<0.05) 가령 및 성숙흰쥐의 모든 대조군은 시간의 경과에 따라 유의성있는 차이가 없었다. 2. 혈청내 total cholesterol 농도는 운동중 시간의 경과에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였으며 특히, 가령흰쥐에서는 21일구에서 유의성있게 감소되었고(P<0.05), 성숙흰쥐에서 혈청내 total cholesterol 농도는 운동기간(21일구)과 회복기간(35일구, 49일구) 동안에 시간의 경과에 따라 유의성있게 감소하였다(P<0.05). 가령 및 성숙흰쥐의 모든 대조군은 시간에 따라서 유의성있는 감소를 나타내지 않았다. 3. 혈청내 triacylglycerol농도는 운동기간 동안에 시간의 경과에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였으며 특히, 가령흰쥐에서는 15일구에서 유의성 있는 감소를 나타내었고(P<0.05), 성숙흰쥐에서 혈청내 triacylglycerol 농도는 운동기간 동안 유의성있게 감소하지 않았다. 가령 및 성숙흰쥐의 모든 대조군은 시간의 경과에 따라 유의성있는차이가 없었다. 이상의 결과를 미루어보아 신체적 운동이 관상동맥경화증과 관계가 깊은 혈청내 HDL-C, total cholesterol 및 triacylglycerol의 농도는 변화시키는 데 관여하는 것으로 추정된다.
[영문] An exercise(swimming in 32℃ water) was loaded to male Spraque-Dawley adult (age 8 weeks) and aged rats (age 30 weeks). The swimming rats were instructed to swim for 30min/day for 21 consecutive days. Serum high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), serum total cholesterol(TC), and serum triacylglycerol(TG) were determined at various time intervals during swimming exercise duration of 21days and recovery period of 28days. The results obtained were as follows : 1. HDL-C levels in the serum were increased with tome during the exercise, especially at the 21days group in the aged rats (P<0.05). The significant difference (P<0.05) was also shown at the recovery group(35days) in the aged rats. In the adult rats, HDL-C levels in the serum was raised with time during the exercise, especially at the 21day group(P<0.05). The difference was also shown significantly at the recovery group (49days) in the adult rats. There was no significant difference with time in all of the control groups in both aged and adult rats. 2. Total cholesterol contents in these serum were decreased with time during the exercise, especially at the 21 days group in the acted rats (P<0.05). In the adult rats, total cholesterol contents in the serum were reduced with time at the group of 21 day, 35 day, and 49 days during the exercise and recovery period (P<0.05), The reduction was not shown significantly with time in all of the control groups in both aged and adult rats. 3. Triacylglycerol levels in the serum were reduced with time during the exercise, especially at the 15 day group in the aged rats (P<0.05). Triacylglycerol contents in the serum were not decreased with time in the adult rats during the exorcise. The decrease was not also shown sginificantly with time in all of the control groups in the both acted and adult rats. 4. It may be interred from the above data that physical exercise may involved in favorable changes in serum HDL-C, TC, and TG levels of aged rats as well as adult rats from a preventional point of coronary artery disease with regard to the relationships between exercise and health.
