분만중 태아곤란증의 임상 통계적 고찰

연세의료원 산부인과에 입원 분만한 19539예중 종래에 사용되어온 태아감시수단인 청진법에 의해, 분만중 진단된 태아곤란증을 나타내었던 175예를 산전, 분만중 모체 및 태아의 상태와 분만후 신생아 상태를 다각적인 면에서 임상 통계적으로 고찰 분석하였으며,

이 결과를 지금까지 발표된 태아감시수단에 대한 문헌고찰을 통해 비교 연구한 결과 최근 발달한 비교적 정확한 태아감시방법인 전자태아감시장치의 우수성과 분만중 태아곤란증을 진단함에 있어서 고식적인 청진법의 한계성을 강조한다.

Among 19539 patients in labor who had conventional fetal stethoscopic monitoring. 175 patients presented clinical evidence of fetal distress. A variety of clinical aspects of mother and fetus were analyzed. Reviewing the published electronic fetal

monitoring works, the limitation of the conventional method was illustrated.
