흰쥐 좌골신경의 재생섬유에 대한 형태학적 연구

dc.description.abstract[한글] 성숙한 흰쥐의 말초신경이 손상후 재생된 신경섬유에서 태학적 연구를 하기위해 손상근위부와 원위부의 축삭직경, 결절간거리를 계측하고 수절흔의 수를 조사하여 그 상관관계를 관찰하였다. 신경의 손상방법은 좌골신경을 노출시킨후 지혈감자끝으로 약 3분간 분 쇄손상을 주었으며 손상후 1개월, 4개월에 신경섬유를 관찰하였다. 표본은 소정양식에 따라 고정 및 탈수시킨후 10배 체현미경하에 분리하여 결절간거리 100배, 직경은 450배에서 ocular micrometer로 계측하였고 수절흔은 450배에서 조사하였다. 모든 계측치는 컴퓨터로 처리하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 재생된 신경의 근위부에서 직경과 결절간거리는 손상후 1개월과 4개월에서 기간에 따른 변화는 없었으며 직선적인 상관관계를 보였다. 2. 손상원위부에서는 직경과 결절간거리는 정상신경에서 나타나는 직선적인 상관관계를 보이지 않았으며 재생됨에 따라 점차 직경은 손상4개월후 정상범위에 가까워졌으며 결절간거리는 대부분 200∼500μ 사이의 분포를 보였다. 3. 재생된 신경에서 수절흔의 수는 정상신경과 마찬가지로 결절간거리에 비례하여 증가하였으며 동일한 결절간거리에 대해 대체로 정상섬유, 손상근위부, 손상원위부의 순으로 많았다. [영문] The histological study of regenerating fibres from the peripheral nerves of adult rats was done by measuring the axon diameter, internodal length and number of Schmidt-Lantermann incisure in the peripheral stump and central stump and central stump after crushing injury. The relation between the internodal length and axon diameter, and between internodal length and number of Schmidt-Lantermann incisure were studied. The sciatic nerves were interrupted by crushing for 3 minutes with hemostat and 30 days, 120 days after nerve crush, they were examined. The sciatic nerve fiber was isolated under the steroscopic microscope at 10X magnification. The internodal length (100X), the diameter and number of Schmidt-Lantermann incisure (450X) were measured by the use of the ocular micrometer. The computer program was used for the analysis of the data. The results are as follows. 1. The axon diameters and the internodal lengths in the central stumps showed similar findings to those of normal fibres at 30 days, 120 days after nerve crush and the relationships between the axon diameters and the internodal lengths were found to be linear. 2. In the peripheral stumps, there were no linear relationships between the internodal lengths and axon diameters during regeneration, but at 120 days after nerve crush, axon diameters of the regenerating fibres were much close to normal range, but internodal lengths remained short (200-500μ). 3. The number of Schmidt-Lantermann incisure increased with the internodal lengths in the regenerating nerves very much as in normal adult rats, and in the same internodal length, the number of Schmidt-Lantermann incisure increased in this order : The normal nerve fibres, the central stumps and the peripheral stumps.-
