조직 복합이식후 고압산소요법이 이식 조직의 생존에 미치는 영향

Abstract

[한글]조직복합 이식편의 생존을 증가시키기 휘한 방법으로는 조직의 대사량을 감소시켜 저산소증에 대한 내성을 높히는 방법과 조직의 산소분압을 높혀서 산소요구량을 충족시키는 방법이 고려되고 있다. 또한 실험동물을 고압산소에 노출시키면 혈중의 산소분압이 증가하기 때문에 조직이식편에 충분한 양의 산소가 공급될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그러므로 저자는 고압산소요법에 조직복합이식후의 이식조직 생존에 미치는 영향을 조사하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 이식조직이 크기가 3cm × 4cm 이상인 경우에는 모두 고압산소 노출군이 대조군보다 의의있게 높은 생존면적과 생존율을 보였다.

2. 고압산소요법은 조직복합이식편에 초래되는 피부층의 위축 및 피부 부속기관 수의 감소를 완화시켰다.

이상의 결과로 보아 고압산소요법은 조직복합이식후의 이식편 생존을 증가시키는 데 매우 유효하다고 사료된다.

[영문]There are two method for increasement of composite graft survival.

First is lowering the tissue metabolism, and second is highering the partial oxygen pressure of tissue demand. For the purpose of highering the partial oxygen pressure of composite graft of laboratory animal, we tried hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

And, the for lowing results were obtained.

1) Compaired to each control group, marked increasing of survival rate, more larger than 3cm × 4cm sized composite graft by using hyperbaric oxygen therapy.(p<0.01)

2) Hyperbaric oxygen therapy reduce the atrophic change of skin, and prevent the decreasement of skin appendage.
