의무기록사 인력추정

Abstract

[한글]의무기록사가 의료기사로 포함된 이후 국가고시를 통하여 957명의 의무기록사가 국가의 면허를 소지하계 되었으나 의무기록사 인력에 대한 연구는 시도된 바가 없다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 각 병원에서 의무기록사수에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고, 업무내용을 조사하여 의무기록사의 인력을 추정해 보기 위하여, 의무기록사가 근무하는 병원 대상의 설문지내용과 기타자료들을 조사 분석하였다. 조사결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 조사대상 병원의 평균 의무기록사수는 200병상미만에서 1.2명 200-399병상에서 1.8명, 407-599병상과 600-700병상에서 3.4명 800병상 이상에서 7.3명이었다.

2. 외무기록사수는 병상규모에 따라 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 소재지, 대학부속병원 여부와는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다.

3. 의무기록사의 업무별 실시율은 암등록업무, 전사업무. 의학연구대상기록검색업무가 실시율이 낮았다.

4. 의무기록사의 업무 실시율은 병상규모가 커질수록 각업무별 실시율이 증가하였으며, 대학부속병원이 종합병원과 비하여 실시율이 높았다.

5. 병상규모가 커질수록, 실시 업무수가 많을수록 의무기록사의 수가 증가하였다.

6. 조사대상병원이 주요업무4가지를 모두 하게되면 현재 의무기록사수보다 약 6.3% 증가된 인원이 필요하며, 의무기록사의 업무로 선정한 8가지 업무를 모두 다 하게되면 약 25.6% 증가된 인원이 필요할 것으로 추정된다.

[영문]Information on the hospital personnel size to important for the efficient management. While registered registered record practitioner (RRP) have been produced since 1985, there is no report on the estimation of RRP personnel size as a part of hospital personnel.

In this study, on the basis of data obtained from question-aire and other sourcea, selected variables were statistically analysed in relation to the RRP personnel size and most important factors were determined.

The major findings were summarized as follows :

1. Average number of RRP were 1.2 for less than 200 beds, 1.8 for 200-399 beds, 3.4 for 400-599 and 600-799 beds, and 7.3 for more than 800 beds, respectively.

2. There were statistically significant differences in average number of RRP among hospitals with different bed-size, but other factors-their locations and whether teaching or not - didn't significantly affect the RRP personnel size.

3. Work performance rates of Tumor Registry, Transcription and Data search for Medical Study were relatively low in comparison with those of others.

4. Work performance rates were high for teaching hospital and increased as bed-size become bigger

5. RRP personnel size had the positive correlations with the bed-size and work performance rate.

6. RRP personnel size should be increased about 6.3% when performing 4 major worke and about 25.6% increment in size should be needed in case of executing 8 indigenous works.
