산모혈액 및 신생아 제대혈액에서의 혈청지질치에 관한 연구

dc.description.abstract[한글] 에너지원으로서 중요한 혈청지질은 신생아보다 산모가 현저히 높다고 보고되어 있는데, 이러한 연구는 대부분 만삭아를 분만한 산모와 그 신생아를 대상으로 이루어져 있으므로 이러한 자료를 미숙아에게도 적용할 수 있는지 의문이다. 본 연구에서는 재태기간에 따른 산모와 그 신생아의 혈청지질치를 비교하고저 연세의료 원에 입원한 94명의 산모와 그 신생아를 대상으로 혈청지질치를 측정하고 그 결과를 비교 검토하였다. 1. 미숙아를 분만한 산모와 만삭아를 분만한 산모의 혈청 cholesterol, triglyceride 및 HDL-C치는 신생아의 측정치보다 현저히 높았다. 2. 미숙아군과 만삭아군 모두 lipoprotein분획의 함량크기는 산모에서는 β > α > pre - β - lipoprotein 순이었고 신생아에서는 α > β > pre - β - lipoprotein 순이었다 . 3. 미숙아를 분만한 산모와 만삭아를 분만한 산모간에는 TC, TG, HDL-C 및 α, pro - β, β - lipoprotein 모두에서 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 4. 미숙아와 만삭아간에는 TG와 HDL-C 및 α, pre - β, β - lipoprotein 모두 유의한 차이가 없었으나, TC에서만은 미숙아와 만삭아간에 매우 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 따라서 신생아의 혈청지질치는 산모측의 영향을 거의 받지 않음을 알았으며 미숙아와 만삭아간의 제대혈액의 cholesterol치는 서로 유의한 차이가 있음을 알았다. [영문] Serum lipid is one of important source of energy. The level of serum lipid of mothers was reported to be how compared to that of their newborns. As the level was determined with full term babies, it seems unjustiable to apply such a value to premature babies. Therefore in this study, attempt was made to determine the serum lipid levels of both mothers and neonates of various gestation period. Paired samples of 94 mothers and babies were used and the following results were obtained. 1. TC, TG and HDL-C values of mother were significantly higher than those of both premature and full term babies. 2. The proportion of serum lipoprotein fraction of mothers was in decreasing order β, α, pre - β - lipoprotein and that of newborns α, β, pre - β - lipoprotein. 3. There was no significant difference between mothers of full term babies and premature babies as to the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, α, pre - β and β - lipoproteins. 4. There was no significant difference between full term and premature babies as to the levels of TG, HDL-C, α, pre - β and β - lipoprotein, but as to the levels of TC, there was a significant difference. Fromthis study it can be concluded that serum lipid level of newborn baby is irrespective to the mother's lipid level, and as significant difference exsists between TC levels of full term and premature babies.-
