의료부문 방사선 종사자중 자격자와 무자격자의 업무수행 능력 비교연구

Abstract

이 연구는 의료부분 방사선 종사자 중 자격자와 무자격자의 업무수행 능력 비교에 관한

연구로서 서울 시내 의원급에 근무하는 자격자 150명과 무자격자 150명을 대상으로 실시

한 것으로 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 일반적 특성으로는 연령 및 업무 경력에 있어서 무자격자 집단이 자격자 집단에 비

해 높았다. 또한, 두집단의 과반수 이상이 우연한 기회에 종사를 하게 되었다고 했으며

자격자 집단이 무자격자 집단에 비해 직업에 대한 만족도가 낮았다. 그 이유로는 불충분

한 보수와 희박한 장래성을 들었다. 학력은 두집단 모두 전문대졸업이 많았고 업무의 습

득은 주로 무자격자가 수습과정, 독학, 전임자를 통한 개인적인 습득 등으로 이루어진 반

면 자격자는 학교를 통하여 습득하였다.

2. 방사선 업무 수행 능력을 기본지식, 촬영기술, 사진기술, 장해, 관리별로 구분해 보

았을때 자격자, 무자격자 두 집단 모두 장해에 대한 인식이 높았고 촬영기술 능력은 두

집단 모두 낮았다. 또한, 모든 항목면에서 무자격자는 자격자에 비해 수행능력이 현저히

낮았다.

그러나 이 연구의 제한점으로 표본 대상이 방사선 종사자 중 일부에 국한된 것이어서

일반화할 수 없고, 업무수행능력을 측정하는 도구가 주관적으로 작성되었다는 것 등이다.

향후의 연구는 좀 더 포괄적이고 객관적인 도구를 이용하여 이 두 집단의 업무수행능력

을 비교하여야 할 것이다.

This study is to compare the persons with licence and without licence technicians

in the radiological department of medical field based on 300 participants.

The results were follows;

1) General characteristics showed that the non-licenced group had longer work

experience and was older than the licenced group. And over 50% of all participants

replied that they happened to engage in this job by accident. The licenced group

was less satisfied than the non-licenced group because of low salary and uncertain

future.

Most of participants were the graduates of professional school. While the

licenced group acquired job skills from school, most of non-licenced group acquired

the skills from the short training courses offered by the hospital or self-study.

2) When the abilities to perform the job were classified into radiographic

photography and processing technology, radiation protection and measurement,

management about radioactivity field, both groups had high scores in radiation

protection and measurement, but low in radiographic technology. In addition, the

scores for the non-licenced were lower than the licenced in all areas.

The limitation of this study include that the samples were drawn only from the

Seoul area hospitals and that the questionnaire to treasure the ability to perform

jobs was developed in a subjective manner. In the future, a more comprehensive

study should be conducted using more objective measurement tool in order to more

accurately compare the abilities of the two groups.
