dc.description.abstract | Missing data are common and exist as a part of nursing research. They are related mainly to methodological and administrative issues, or to various respondent related factors. Impacts of missing data include reducing the sample size and lowering the power of any tests administered. While missing data are inevitable, they cannot be ignored. Therefore, this article examines the mechanisms of missing data, the consequences for statistical analyses and results, and missing data treatment techniques. | - |
