Abstract
In Clinical practice, tje clinician sometimes overcalls a diagnosis based on their own assimption or preconception without delicate analysis about the patient´s history and complete physical examination. Furthermore the clinician dose not recognizes their pitfalls because they misunderstood the inconsis usually delays the correct diagnosis and sometimes deteriorate the patient. whenever the clinical findings, the results, and the interpretation about the laboratory tests are doubt, the clinician must not over call a diagnosis and reanalysis about the laboratory tests are doubt, the clinician must not over call a diagnosis and reanalusis the inconsistrnt clinical features.
