Background: Artery Dissection should be concerned as a risk factor of stroke in young patients. Case Report: We describe a 26- year-old male patient with posterior cerebral artery infarction resulting from isolated PCA dissection. The brain MRI showed an infarction of the right PCA territory and the DSA (digital subtraction angiography) showed isolated irregular stenosis in PCA P1-P2 junction. Conclusion: PCA dissection can be a cause of stroke
