Abstract

The aim of this update of Korean clinical practice guidelines for stroke is to provide timely evidence-based recommendations on the antiplatelet therapy in secondary prevention of stroke. Evidence-based recommendations are included for the use of antiplatelet agents for noncardioembolic stroke.
