연구 내용
1. 정상양 폐조직과 폐암 조직에서 single cell RNA-seq 등으로 얻어진 자료를 종양 미세환경의 변화 및 변이를 관찰하고 바이오 마커를 발굴.
2. 1)에서 발굴된 바이오 마커들을 인체 유래물과 실험동물에서 얻어진 자료를 이용하여 검증
3. 2)에서 발굴된 바이오 마커들을 open source dataset 등을 이용해 임상적 함의 (clinical implication)의 규명
4. 치료에 따른 종양 미세환경의 변화를 관찰하고, 발굴된 바이오 마커에 미치는 영향 관찰

  • 1. Open source dataset에서 원하는 dataset을 발굴하는 방법과 가설 증명을 위한 기본적인 computing
  • 2. 정상 폐장과 폐암 조직에서 다중 형광염색 자료의 기초적인 분석

  • 1. 기본적인 실험실내 도구 및 고정된 조직 검체들
  • 2. Confocal microscope (LMS 790 등)
  • 3. Axioscan 7 다중형광 scanner
  • 4. QuPath 등 기본 이미지 분석 프로그램 및 결과 분석을 위한 R과 python 프로그램
