연구 내용
1) ANCA연관 혈관염 코호트의 경쟁력
- ANCA연관혈관염 코호트는 우리나라에서 유일한 코호트임
- ANCA연관혈괌염 전향적 코호트에는 200여명의 환자가 포함
- 후향적 코호트에는 300명 이상의 환자가 포함

2) 전향적 코호트 환자 연구
- ANCA연관혈관염 진단 당시의 임상데이터와 혈액 검체를 이용한 연구
- 혈액 검체에서 혈청과 말초혈액단핵구세포(PBMC) 분리와 보관
- 혈청과 말초혈액단핵구세포(PBMC)를 이용해서 ANCA연관혈관염의 활성 및 예후를 예측하는 바이오마커를 발굴함

3) 후향적 코호트 환자 연구
- ANCA연관혈관염 환자의 진단 시 그리고 추적관찰 기간 동안의 축적된 임상데이터를 이용해서 예후를 예측하는 지표(index)를 발굴함

  • ▷ 현재까지 알려진 ANCA연관혈관염 활성과 예후 예측 지표 및 바이오마커의 unmet need에 대해서 조사 후 토의 진행.
  • ▷ 새로운 후보 지표 및 바이오마커 결정 후 연구를 통해서 임상적 의미를 검증하고 연구 논문을 작성하고 발표함
