연구소개

연구 내용
본 실험실에서는 전통 면역학 접근법을 기반으로 생물 정보학적 분석법을 결합해 복잡계(complex system)인 조직 안에서, 면역 세포와 비 면역 기저 세포 그리고 미생물 간의 상호 작용을 이해하고 조직 안에서 병적인 면역 환경이 만들어지고 조절되는 근본적인 메커니즘을 밝히는 연구를 수행합니다.

  • 1. 병인적 (pathogenic) Type-17 림프구의 염증 기능을 조절하는 세포 외부적 (extrinsic), 내부적 (intrinsic) 조절 기전 연구.
  • 2. 만성 염증이 성체 줄기세포의 분화 및 종양화에 미치는 후성유전학적 조절기전 연구.
  • 3. 만성 염증이 정자 형성과 transgenerational inheritance에 미치는 후성유전학적 기전 연구
