dc.description.abstract광범위한 장절제술이 시행된 환자에서는 단장증후군이 발생할 수 있다. 단장증후군은 수술 후 외과적 질 환에서 회복하였다 하더라도 이에 따른 합병증과 식습관의 변화, 영양분의 흡수 장애 등으로 삶의 질을 낮 추는 등 또 다른 문제점이 되고 있다. 본 증례는 상장간막 혈전증으로 소장의 대량절제술 후에 생긴 단장증 후군으로 실험적으로 GLP-1 작용제를 사용한 경험이다. 본 증례를 통해 단장증후군환자에서 지속적인 설사를 조절하기 위한 GLP-1 작용제의 효과에 대해 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.-
