dc.description.abstractPALB2 생식세포 변이는 BRCA1/2를 제외한 가장 중요한 유방암감수성 유전자로 유방암 이외에도 난소암, 췌장암 발생과 연관성이 있으며 전립선암의 예후와도 관련이 있다. 본 종설에서는PALB2 유전자의 변이에 대한 해석과 미국국립종합암네트워크 관리 방침 및 현재까지 보고된 문헌들에 대해 정리하였다.-
