신장이식 환자에서 발생한 범발성 단순포진 바이러스 감염 - 증례 보고 -

Abstract

Herpes simplex virus infection is a rare but usually fatal cause of acute hepatitis in adult. Most previously reported cases have occurred in debilitated or immunosuppressed patients. We report a fatal case that occurred in renal transplant recipient. A patient had disseminated herpes simplex virus infection manifested by fulminant hepatitis and disseminated intravascular coagulation. Many various sized vesicular eruptions were present in the trunk,abdomen, and face. This patients died in spite of acyclorvir therapy that was started early in the clinical course. We also review the literature concerning previouly reported cases of disseminated herpes simplex virus infection.
