| dc.description.abstract | 연구 계획: 문헌고찰목적: 특발성 척추측만증의 치료 방법에 대한 최신 지견을 소개한다. 선행 연구문헌의 요약: 특발성 척추측만증의 치료는 크게 경과 관찰, 보조기, 수술로 분류되며 환자의 근골격계 성숙과 만곡의 특징에 따라 치료 방침을 결정할 수 있다. 대상 및 방법: 기존 문헌들을 검토하며 현재까지 척추측만증에 대하여 연구 및 정립된 사항들에 대하여 고찰하였다. 결과: 후방교정 및 유합술이 현재 가장 보편적인 수술적 치료로 여겨진다. 단, 술 후 어깨 및 체간의 균형과 함께 척추 가동 분절의 보전을 고려하여야 한다. 성장이 많이 남은 환아에선 성장형 강봉을 통한 수술법을 고려할 수 있다. 결론: 척추측만증의 치료 시에는 환자의 나이와 만곡의 형태를 분석하여 최적의 치료를 결정하여야 한다. 약칭 제목: 특발성 척추측만증 | - |
