Herein, we describe an original synthetic methodfor a series offluorescent thieno[3,2-b]pyridine-5(4H)-onederivatives prepared via the gold(I)-catalyzed 6-endo-dig intra-molecular hydrothiophenylation process involvingN-thiophen-3-ylalkynylamides. The brightness was improved; emission could betuned, and larger Stokes shifts were recorded. We also designedand synthesized the phalloidin-basedfluorescent chemical probesKF-P1andKF-P2to realizefluorescent F-actin imaging.-
