Eosinophilic granuloma is characterized by 2 single or multiple osteolytic skeletal lesions, which consist primarily of proliferation of histiocytes and eosinophils histologically. It occurs chiefly in children or young adults. And it may involve any skeletal system or soft tissue throughout whole body. But the tumor affect the skull more frequently and especially the temporal or frontal bone. Generally the prognosis is excellent by surgery, but in the multifocal form, considerable morbidity may ensue. This paper reports a case of surgical experience of eosinophilic granuloma in temporal bone.-
