dc.description.abstracttissue diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), systemic sclerosis (SSc) and polymyositis. Overlap syndrome most commonly includes polymyositis with either SSc or SLE. Distingishing SSc from RA can present difficulties. since arthralgia and arthritis frequently arise in the course of SSc and are often the initial manifestations. We report a rare case of overlap syndrome, SSc and RA, which progressed from having SSc and then RA.-
