dc.description.abstractThe dilated haustra of colon after esophagocolostomy was a rare complications, but it may be extremely dangerous because of the potential for perforation of the thin- walled esophageal substitute. Therefore a prompt surgical correction of the lesion should be done. The conventional surgical exploration and resection of the lesion site was very difficult. The use of the ends GIA to eliminate the dilated haustra of colon was simple and safe method and the postoperative results were good. We report a case of experience and methods.-
