Methotrexate투여후 Resectoscope을 이용한 자궁경관임신의 치료 1례

Abstract

Methotrexate is a very useful and effective in the management of cervical pregnancy to preserve reproductive potential for the patients. However, we should take a hysterectomy for the bleeding control in the case of the failure of medical treatments. This is the first report of a successfully treated cervical pregnancy with resectoscope for preservation of uterus after the failure of the methotrexate treatment.
