Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between health - related quality of life (HRQoL) and physical activity and sleeping time of Korean adults aged 19 and over. As a result, we suggest the appropriate physical activity and appropriate sleeping time of Korean adults and contribute to the research data to help improve health related quality of life (HRQoL) through health care and promotion activities if it is implemented. Methods The subjects of this study were 22,497 adults aged 19 years or older who responded to the 6th National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2013∼2015) and 7th 1st and 2nd year (2016∼2017) 9,708 men and 12,789 women). To analyze the distribution and general characteristics of the subjects, frequency analysis was performed. The mean difference of the HRQoL scores according to the characteristics of the subjects and whether the physical exercise and sleep time were appropriate T-test and analysis of variance(ANOVA) were performed. Secondly, multiple regression analysis was used to confirm the relationship between physical activity and sleep time and health related quality of life(HRQoL). Finally, health related quality of life(HRQoL) was analyzed by subgroup analysis according to the variables. Results The results of the study showed that HRQoL was significantly different according to gender, age, education level, marital status, income level, occupation, subjective health perception, smoking status, alcohol status, the number of chronic disease, Multiple regression analysis showed that adequate physical activity, adequate sleep time, and HRQoL were statistically significant. EQ-5D was found to be 97.93±5.50 for men aged 19-29 years, 97.36±5.47 for women, 91.66±12.56 for men aged 70 and over, and 85.68±16.65 for women. The age and the level of education were lower The higher the EQ-5D, the higher. In marital status, unmarried men were 97.41±6.68, women were 97.18± 6.23, married men were 96.36±8.20, women were 94.92±9.54 points higher than that of married women, but higher than that of women. In the occupations, the number of clerical workers was 98.31±4.78, that of women was 97.61±5.30, that of service workers was 97.53±6.24, that of women was 95.80±7.56, that of production workers was 96.47±7.74 and that of women was 92.79±11.86. EQ-5D was higher when the health status according to the subjective health perception was better, not smoking, and no chronic disease. In the case of 'drinking', 96.33±8.34 men and 94.67±10.22 women, respectively, were higher in EQ-5D group than men who drink alcohol. Above all, physical activity is also appropriate for sleeping time - appropriate group is 97.04±6.88 for male, 95.70±8.74 for female, 96.26±8.41 for male, 94.11±10.71 for female, In the non-titrated group, 96.36±8.42 for male, 94.24±10.88 for female, 94.50±10.62 for male, and 92.16±12.98 for female were in the non-titration group, Men were more likely to be related to sleep time, and women were more likely to be more related to physical activity. Conclusion According to the results of this study, when developing individual health care and promotion programs for adults or policy adults in Korea, it is more relevant to health related quality of life(HRQoL) according to general characteristics of adult group than general plan or program In terms of effectiveness, effectiveness, and satisfaction of the subjects, it will be higher if the factors are intensively approached and promoted. In order to enable Korean adults to perform appropriate physical activities and sleeping hours, it is necessary to improve the national perception, to create a social atmosphere and environment, to improve working time and environment.-
