dc.description.abstract	Integron은 그람음성 세균에 흔하고, 여러 가지 항균제에 대한 내성 유전자를 가지며 이동성이 있어서, 다제 내성 세균의 출현 및 증가에 중요한 역할을 할 것이며, 항균제의 선택 압력에 의해 내성 유전자를 가진 cassette의 위치가 integron 내에서 이동할 수 있어 내성 발현의 변화를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 내성 문제가 심각한 우리 나라에서는 이에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.	-
