3cm 미만의 신장암에 대한 166Holminm-chitosan complex 병소내 주입 효과

Abstract

In this study, a β-emitting radionuclide, 166Holmium-chitosan complex was used on small renal cell carcinoma by ultrasound-guided percutaneous injection. Three inoperable cases with renal cell carcinoma less than 3 cm in diameter were included in the study. In one case, we performed partial nephrectomy 4 months after. Preoperative evaluation was performed with ultrasonography, computed tomography, angiography and needle aspiration biopsy. Ultrasonography and computed tomography were performed for the follow-up study. We report the result of 166Holmium-chitosan complex therapy of renal cell carcinoma.
