지르코니아-티타늄 임플란트 지대주를 이용한 상악 전치부 임플란트의 수복 증례

Abstract

In this report, the anterior implant restolation was based on an abutment fabricated through CAD/CAM. Though conventional titanium abutments have proven to be excellent, the clinical result may be unesthetic mainly due to cervical discololation. Therefore zirconia abutment was selected. Among the two types of zirconia abutment, one-piece zirconia abutment and zirconia-titanium abutment, zirconia-titanium abutment was selected on the flnal restoration, due to the possibility of wear between implant fixture and zirconia abutment, and the fracture strength of one-piece zirconia abutment. During short tenm follow up the patient presents esthetic result and is functionally satisfied.
