dc.description.abstract선천적으로 혹은 신생아 시기에 치아가 맹출되는 것은 드문 경우로 대부분은 하악 전치에 해당하며 과잉치인 경우는 드물다. 그런데, 선천치나 신생치는 특히 구순 구개열 환아에서 더 높은 비율로 관찰되며 거의 상악에서 나타난다. 보고하고자 하는 증례의 환아는 출산 전 초음파 검사에서 구순 구개열이 확인 된 환아로 출생 당시에는 관찰되지 않았던 신생치가 출생 19일째 상악에서 관찰되었다. 수유시의 불편함으로 발치하였으며 발치 후 특이 이상은 없었다. 환아는 이 후 생후 4개월 2주째, 구순열 부위의 일차 성형술을 시행받았다.-
