It is confirmed that three major factors including demographic, socioeconomic and health behavioral factors are affecting the use of private health checkup, in particular the most of socioeconomic and some of health behavioral variables are deeply involved in private health checkup.

Therefore, to begin with, it should be considered to design the next national health policy, especially socioeconomic factors, and required to further study the relationship between health behavior and health checkup. Additionally, it is needed to set up complementary relationship between the public and the private health checkup. Furthermore, with this consideration, it is suggested to precede quality improvement efforts for the public sector and the cost-effective analysis for the private sector.
