dc.description.abstract	지속적 혈액투석이 필요한 말기 신부전증환자의 경우 혈류량이 충분하고 주사침 삽입이 편리하게 잘만들어진 동정맥루의 확보가 생명유지를 위해 절대적으로 필요한데 일차적으로 는 자가정맥을 이용한 직접형의 혈관조성술이 추천되나 이미 시술전에 가용한 천부정맥이 전부 소진되었거나 반복되는 정맥천자 또는 정맥주사로 인하여 손상을 받은 경우에는 불가 피하게 인조혈관을 이용한 투석용 혈관루를 만들어야한다 (김상준, 1988; 문인성, 1996). 일 반적인 혈관수술의 경우와 마찬가지로 자가정맥을 이용한 수술의 경우 장기간 개존율이 우 수하고 합병증이 적으나 인조혈관을 사용하는 경우에는 비록 1990년대에 들어서 인조혈관 재질의 향상 그리고 투석기술의 축적등으로 과거보다 성공률이 향상되고 합병증이 점차 감 소하고 있으나 아직도 자가혈관에 비하여는 그 성적이 다소 떨어지는게 현실이다	-
