XML 기반의 데이터 표준화를 위한 생체신호 통합관리 시스템에 관한 연구

Abstract

[한글]오늘날 병원정보 시스템은 환자 및 의료데이터의 효율적인 관리로서 의료서비스의 질을 높여가고 있다. 컴퓨터와 네트워크의 발전과 더불어 보다 편리하고 빠른 정보의 검색 및 조회가 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 아직까지는 진료기관 사이, 부서사이, 유관기관 사이에서의 표준화된 의료데이터 교환이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 환자의 전원이나 과거의 의무기록 등이 효과적으로 전달되지 않아 치료의 지연이 발생하고 있다. 또한 문서화된 의무기록을 인편으로 가져오는데 소요되는 시간과 문서화된 기록의 모호성등 문제점을 발생시킨다./XML(Extensible Markup Language)은 SGML로부터 파생된 간단하며 매우 유연한 텍스트 형식의 포맷이다. XML은 본래 방대한 전자 출판을 위하여 설계되었으나 웹과 그 밖의 여러 분야에서 데이터의 교환을 목적으로 하고 있다. 두 개 이상의 서로 다른 데이터베이스나 시스템을 연결하는 수단, 서버에서 클라이언트로 부하를 분산시키고자하는 방법, 동일한 데이터를 사용자에 따라 또는 디바이스에 따라 다르게 보여주고자 하는 방법, 사용자가 웹을 통해 어떤 정보를 요구할 때 적합하게 데이터를 처리하기위한 수단 등으로 XML이 사용되고 있다. /본 논문에서는 기관간의 데이터 표준화를 위해 XML 관련 기술을 이용하여 의료정보의 효율적인 공유를 위한 시스템에 관하여 연구하였다. 의료생체신호 및 그와 관련된 정보를 관리하기 위한 데이터 구조 모델을 설계하였다. 웹을 통하여 의료데이터를 검색 및 조회 할 수 있는 시스템을 구성하여 다른 기관 간의 데이터 공유 및 전송에 대한 XML의 이점을 검증해보았다.

[영문]In these days, HIS(Hospital Information System) raise the quality of medical services by effective management of medical records./As computing environment was developed, it is possible to search quickly./But, standard medical data exchange is not completed between medical clinic and another organ so far. In case of patient transfer, past medical record was not efficiently transmited. It be feasible treatment delay or medical accident. It is trouble that medical records is transfered by a person and communicate with each other./Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a simple, very flexible text format derived from SGML. Originally designed to meet the challenges of large-scale electronic publishing, XML is also playing an increasingly important role in the exchange of a wide variety of data on the Web and elsewhere./In this study, it is discussed about sharing of medical data using XML web technology to standard medical record between hospital and relative organization/The data structure model was designed to manage bio-signal data and patient record./In order to search and refer medical record, the web-based system was implemented. The system that can be shared medical data was tested to estimate the merits of XML.
