설명동의서식의 표준화연구

Abstract

[한글]본 연구는 의료인이 진료행위를 함에 있어서 비교적 상세한 설명을 짧은 시간에 할 수 있고, 환자는 자신에게 가해지는 침습행위에 대하여 보다 자세히 알게 하기 위한 의도에서 설명동의서식을 표준화시키기 위한 것이다.// 본 연구를 위해서 환자나 보호자 등 일반인들이 병원에서 진료를 받으면서 의료인으로부터 어느 정도까지 설명을 들은 후에 진료를 받았는가에 대한 인식조사와 의료인들은 진료행위를 함에 있어서 어느 정도의 설명을 하고 있는가에 대한 인식조사가 선행되었다.// 본 연구의 종국적인 목적은 종래 병원에서 사용되고 있는 수술이나 검사시의 동의서식들이 너무 형식적이어서 정작 의료분쟁이 발생하였을 때는 설명의무를 제대로 이행하지 않았다는 비판을 받아 오던 것을 줄여보자는 데 있다.

[영문]The purpose of this study is to standardize the protocol of the explanatory duties with the aim of helping the doctors explain quickly and the patients understand the medical practice in detail.//For this study is the survey conducted on the cognition how much the doctors explain the medical practice to the patients and how much detailed explanation the patients are given.//The eventual purpose of this study is to diminish the blames on the doctors for not observing the explanatoty duties in the litigation related to the explanatory duties of the doctors.
