흡연경험 여대생과 비흡연경험 여대생의 성에 대한 지식, 인식 및 경험, 태도와의 관계 연구

이 연구는 흡연경험 여대생과 비흡연경험 여대생의 성에 대한 지식, 인식 및 경험, 태

도와의 관계를 알아보고자 한다.

서울 시내 여자대학교 2개교, 남녀공학대학교 1개교 1, 2, 3, 4학년과 대학원의 여자

대학생을 대상으로 1993년 4월 27일에서 5뭘 6일까지 사전조사 후 고안된 자기기입식 조

사표를 이용하여 수집하였고 최종 연구 대상자는 278명 (흡연경험 여대생; 132명, 비흡연

경험 여대생; 155명)이었다.

연구도구는 Lief와 Reed의 SKAT을 번역하여 사용하였고 자료분석방법은 백분율, X**2-t

est, t-test, Pearson correlatiorl coefficient를 이용하였다.

본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 흡연경험 여대생과 비흡연경험 여대생의 성 지식에 있어서 흡연경험 여대생의 몽정

에 관한 지식이 비흡연경험 여대생의 지식에 비해 많았고 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었

다(p<0.01).

2. 흡연경험 여대생과 비흡연경험 여대생의 성에 대한 인식에 있어서 혼전, 혼외 성관

계에 대한 생각은 흡연경험 여대생이 더 개방적이었고 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(

p<0.001).

3. 흡연경험 여대생과 비흡연경험 여대생의 성에 대한 경험에 있어서 흡연경험자가 성

교 경험, 성고민 경험이 더 많았고 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.001).

4. 흡연경험 여대생과 비흡연경험 여대생의 성에 대한 태도에 있어서 흡연경험 여대생

이 이성애(HR), 자위행위(M), 유산(A), 성적 신화(SM)의 영역들에서 더 개방적 태도를 보

였고 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(HR, M, A:p<0.05, SM:p<0.001).

5. 흡연경험 여대생와 비흡연경험 여대생의 성에 대한 지식과 태도와의 상관관계에 있

어서는 흡연경험 여대생은 성 지식과 성에 대한 태도(r=0.2780, p<0.001), 비흡연경험 여

대생은(r=0.2385, p<0.01)로 정상관관계가 있음을 보였으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있

었다.

결론적으로 흡연경험 여대생이 비흡연경험 여대생에 비해 성 지식이 더 많았고 성에 대

한 인식과 태도는 더 개방적이었으며 성에 대한 경험이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on Relationship Between Sexual Knowledge Cognition and Experience, Attitude

of Smoking and Nonsmoking Experienced Female University Students

The goal of the study was to identify the relationship between sexual knowledge,

cognition and experience, attitude of smoking and nonsmoking experienced female

university students. The data was collected from the female students of three

universities in Seoul using self-written questionnaire. The subjects or the study

were 278 (132 smoking female, 155 nonsmoking remale).

The results of the study were summarized as follows.

1. Smoking female students had more sexual knowledge than nonsmoking female

students in 6 parts out of the 7 parts: nocturnal emission, masturbation, venereal

disease, difference of man and woman's body, menstruation, change of body in

adolescent. Only the nocturnal emission part was statistically significant(p<0.01).

2. Smoking female students were more open than nonsmoking female students in the

sexual cognition. The opinion that "Virginity should be maintained until marriage"

was more prevalent among nonsmoking female students (63.6%) than smoking female

students (30.3%), which was statistically significant (p<0.001). In the question

about the sex education, both of them were answered "not enough", which was

statistically significant (p<0.05).

3. Smoking female students were more experienced than nonsmoking female students

in sexual intercourse, masturbation, and sexual problems, which were statistically

significant.

4. Smoking female students were more open than nonsmoking female students in the

sexual attitude; heterosexual relation, autoeroticism, abortion, sexual myths;

which were statistically significant. The score in heterosexual relation showed

great difference between the groups.

5. In the relationship between the sexual knowledge and attitude of smoking and

nonsmoking female students, the higher the sexual knowledge scores of the

respondents were, the more open the sexual attitude of the respondents was found to

be statistically significant (smoking, r=0.2780 p<0.001; nonsmoking, r=0.2385

p<0.01).
